All service and packages come with a detailed description and consultation to make sure you are getting exactly what you need.
Learning the Set-up
Once you have become a MGO client, your Account Manager will guide you through a telephonic/web meeting training session to ensure a seamless and speedy transition. Training content includes setting up/managing user names and passwords, ordering reports, checking report status and receiving final reports. Further, training on MGO’s straightforward online billing is included. Should you so choose, MGO’s teams are highly experienced in assisting you in the selection and customizing of your screening services.
Accessible Assistance
Your training session can be as detailed as you require to become comfortable with our system and any questions you might have will be thoroughly addressed. However, users are typically trained and utilizing our user-friendly web-based system within hours.
